Important Announcements

25th August 2008 - Before you log in to the LMS, a pop-up dialogue may be displayed prompting you to choose whether or not to run a java application. Choose 'Run'. This will have no impact on the performance of the LMS.

26th August 2008 - The LMS Vendor, BlackBoard, has apologised and to resolve this issue has issued a patch which will be applied to the system and the system restarted. After the patch/restart, users will be asked once to accept a new certificate which will not expire until 2010.

The patch/restart is scheduled for Monday 1st September at 6 pm during scheduled system maintenance and the system will be unavailable for 30 minutes.

Log in to the LMS (formerly known as WebCT)

First, please select your status:

  
La Trobe University staff
(The same username and password that you use for all University systems.)
Students and all others
(For students enrolled at La Trobe University, the username and password printed on your Statement of Account. For others, the username and password provided specifically for use with the University's LMS.)
 

NOTE:  The LMS/WebCT system is unavailable for approximately 40 minutes every Sunday from 4.00am for maintenance purposes.  Please ensure that you are logged out before this time.
